  1. I had one gallery that was not like all the other ones. So I sput it back but I need to put all the votes back... since it doesn't allow more than one vote per image, how can I do that without moving to get another IP address ?

    Thanks :)

    (here's my blog : http://www.frenchlily.com/votez/ )

  2. Hi,

I'm not sure I understand the problem. If you changed the voting type from 5 stars to thumbs up/thumbs down, you can't transfer the 5 star votes to the yes/no.

But I'm not sure that this was your problem. Can you give me an example of what's happening?

    Thanks,
    BB

  3. Hi Byron :)

If you go to this page : http://www.frenchlily.com/votez/ you'll see that "Mars 2010" is not the same size as all the other one. So I put another gallery with the same picture (Mars 2010 (2)), wanting to delete the first one. But the votes are not in the second one and I don't want people to "revote" again. So, I was trying to put them back myself... but I can't vote 3 times for the same picture... :( Is there anything I can do? (sorry if it's not clear... my english is not so good...)

    Thanks!

  4. Ah...yes.

You can resize those images in Photo Manager. No need to delete/create new images or galleries. Make sure you have your image sizes set properly in Gallery Settings (edit the gallery in question and go to images tab). After that, then go to Photo Manager and Resize the images. You can do them all at once, and it will create the sizes as per your settings in Gallery Settings.

    Hope that's what you needed.

    Cheers,
    Byron

  5. Wow! Thank you so much! I tried everything before except going back to "resizes"... it worked... Except that there was an error in my gallery settings and now all the thumbnails are 0 x 0..... and now there is now pictures to see... ;-((((((((((((((( I tried to go resize back but it says that there is no resizing possible... tried to go back in 'history" but didn't work..... Anything I can do???????

  6. It's probably not resizing because it thinks it's already that size. Try deleting the thumbnail images and see if that lets you resize. If not, then try changing the thumbnail size to something different and see if that lets you resize.

It's hard to visualize how to fix this without playing around with it. You might just have to try different things. Just don't delete your original full-size image ;-)

  7. It finally worked, changing the size to 100 instead of 125... so everything is back to normal!! Thank you very much for your time and your help Byron! I appreciate it :)

    Have a great week!
    Lily

  8. Excellent! You're welcome.
