Hi moosechic,
Just install the Shadowbox JS plugin (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/shadowbox-js/), and it should work out of the box. If you don't want to use Shadowbox, there are a couple of Lightbox plugins for WP, but one of them doesn't work.
Let me know if that doesn't do it for you.
