  1. I have setup Photosmash on my site (hms-brazen.org.uk) and whilst I can display the images that have been uploaded as thumbnails, nothing happens when you click on them.

So, firstly, how can I get it that an en-larged picture is show when a thumbnail is selected??

Secondly, is there any way that I can have all the uploaded images saved to a default gallery to await moderation?

Many thanks in advance for any help.

    Regards

  2. Hi Gus,

It looks like you may have some settings mixed up. I'll try to post something on that tonight.

  3. Hi Gus,

Try going to Plugin Info (in the PhotoSmash menu...left hand sidebar of Admin) and running "Update DB". Let me know if that doesn't work.

  4. Hi Byron

Many thanks for the post - the thumbnails are still linking to the page they are loaded onto (if that makes any sense), and not bringing up an enlarged version of the image.

  5. Hi Gus,

    1. It looks like the gallery you're showing is using the 'gallery_viewer' layout. Try switching it to Std_Widget or default and see if that fixes it (go to Gallery Settings, edit your gallery, and select the layout from the dropdown). The 'gallery_viewer' layout is specifically for the Gallery Viewer which shows a thumb for each of your galleries and links back to the individual galleries when clicked.

    2. You really don't need another gallery to upload to. Just set "Minimum role to upload photos:" to either "Anybody" or "Subscribers" and set "Default moderation status:" to "moderate" (both of these are in Gallery Settings on the Uploading tab. This will let people upload to your gallery. Their images go into moderation (you can moderate in Photo Manager).

    Hope that helps,
    Byron
