   Am I missing something? Even if I change this from Admin to Subscribers so that any subscriber can upload no ADD IMAGE button is visible. Only when logged in as an Admin does the ADD IMAGE button appear. I have made the changes I desire and "updated defaults" with still no change to the ability to upload images.

   Help.

   Hi Jon,

   If you're doing that in PhotoSmash Settings, that only affects new galleries...you can click the multiple disk icon to update all the existing galleries...otherwise, you can go into Gallery Settings and update individual galleries.
