How do I change the thumbs-up, thumbs-down images and create just a new Vote Now! image button(which would work like thumbs-up only). I have opened bwbps-rating.php and I guess it's here:
$position = $o_rating['rating_position'] ? "bwbps-voting-incaption" : 'bwbps-voting bwbps-voting-bkg bwb-top-right';

How to change that?

Cool...looks like you were on the right track. The easiest thing to do is to just swap in an image named the same as the thumbs up image.
