Hi There!
I'm trying to use photosmash with WP 3.0.4 I've created a page and added [tag id=1] there. I can see gallery in photosmash settings..all good. However, if I upload any images as admin, they need to be approved because nobody (including myself) can see them. Then some weird things begin - there is no approve button + I can see that the images have blank gallery field (dropdown list is empty)

Hi Alex,
I'm not sure what might be going on there.
Try walking through these steps:
1) Edit your gallery page and add this shortcode: [photosmash]
2) View that page...you should see an empty gallery and the Add Photo button if you're logged in as Admin
3) Try uploading an image from there
4) Go to Photo Manager and see if you see the image there
